Zeus Entertainment
Ad-Ventures is the majority and managing member of "Zeus Entertainment". Zeus owns "Europa, LLC." called Europa! Essence of European Cuisine - which is a theme restaurant coming to L.A. soon.

ICOM
Icom (Internet Communications) is one of the leading web hosting providers in the industry. The company, founded by Ben Neumann, combines web hosting, a high-speed dedicated connectiion, and e-commerce solutions all under one "virtual roof."

McCormick
Just steps away from North Hollywood's landmark: The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences complex, is the location of Ad-Ventures' "McCormick Office Plaza,  LLC". Infusing life, beauty and business into the No Ho Arts District, Ad-Ventures believes in this vital area of L.A. and is now a major player in the unprecedented "face-lift" that is happening now in North Hollywood. Ad-Ventures is the developer and lead investor of this 93,000 sqft modern office marble.

Modern Living, LLC.--Another one of Ad-Ventures portfolio companies--presently owns a 32 unit modernized apartment complex in Los Angeles. Ad-Ventures'  real estate development group finds much satisfaction in their rigorous efforts to efficiently improve and uphold  the quality of living for their tenants while maintaining a good value for them.

Modern Living's plans for the immediate future is to build another 16 unit apartment complex in the North Hills area.

Ad-Ventures also is majority share-holder of: iBoost Technology,Inc.--a network of exceptional sites on the internet. The iBoost Network of web sites provide quality services and information content to niche markets for Information Technology  professionals, Internet marketing professionals and small to medium-sized business owners.
